What is this Carnival

    I know this is Carnival Glass, but not sure if Northwood or Imperial. More important what is it? Is it like a pencil holder? Or is broken off a larger piece being the bottom is rather course. Here is a photo to give an idea.

    So its a piece off of that so its damaged right?
