I saw what I thought was a large citrine in a jewlery store, but I was told by the store owner that it was not a citrine, but thick glass from 1950s-60s submarines that were carved into citrine like shapes. Does anyone know anything about this?

I know what citrine color is. What's a citrine like shape? Guessing blooey tells you true.
