Children and there Toys

I'm,sure we can all agree a big part of the Antiques and collectable business is nostalgic
Of something we had or wish we could of had ,

I seriously started collecting things has a young teenager and spent most of my working wage on Toy cars mainly not because I had them has a Child but because they was something my parents couldn't afford for me,

So I used to go down to a old toy shop in Manchester England , with my pennies and buy the toys I could never have the toy Corgie and Dinky cars we couldn't afford ,

Not only was I catching up on my childhood be also known at that time there was vaule in them ,

And that's what started me off in my collecting and now my career ,

Anyway back in September I bought a batch of sci-fi toys from the 70s what was a Golden age for sci-fi with the likes of Star wars hitting cinema and blockbusters like Star trek and battle star galtica on our TV screens,

Anyway some of the less well known toys what was in the collection I bought , not in perfect condition or all parts there but when childhood memories are concerned that dosent matter,

Original 1970s Strech Armstrong not in best of condition leaked at the neck and wrist ,

But sold to a Customer in France because they had one has a child and it was there favourite toy,

Was very expensive back in them days so a lucky child now probably 40years plus enjoying there childhood once again ,

 

Another toy rather expensive and not very well known was the Denys Fischer line of Cyborgs , Android , and Mutants ,

Here Android I sold to a customer in Canada seemed only a young teenager But thought it was cool,
