What style this chair could be

    and how old could this chair be.

    Looks like a Regency style arm chair. Possibly French or Italian. Not sure if it is period. Probably late 19th, early 20th century.

    Don't think it's period. Thinking 1930s-60s.

    Also don't think period but think could be early 20th century/Edwardian.

    I'm with Brad, early 1900s.
    The material makes me think it was recovered in the 1970s.

    Some Howard's Restor-A-Finish and their Feed and Wax would make this look a lot better.
