Can anyone tell me who these worn hallmarks belong to?

Can we see the holder these are on?

These marks look like they are trying to resemble British assay marks - but they are not doing a credible job of it. The holder will likely be of silver plate at best.

So this is brass? Does not look like any kind of silver.

Can we see the underside and have some dimensions?

Not brass the marks are on the top. It does have a spot that looks like someone acid tested it. As you can tell it is thin. Notice the dents.

The color I see on my monitor is more like brass than either tarnished or polished silver or silver plate. Much more yellow than silver. Does it look different to you? Have you tried using silver polish on it?

Just because it has dents does not mean that it can't be silverplated.

I think these faux hallmarks were sometimes used on silverplate to tart them up a bit. They're not real hallmarks and don't actually say anything about the metal. I suppose various maker's would have had their little clusters of stamps, but I don't know what company might have used these.

This is completely random, but did I stumble across the same piece, or a different one?

You'll need to ask Brywil directly, but I suspect the same.
