Pottery teapot w painted scene & overlay

    It's about 4" high. It has the numbers 131 SS (or maybe 55?) on the base. I can't find anything like it my searching. Any ideas? Maybe I'm just not using the right search terms, I thought it would be easy to find. Thanks for your time. :)
