Otagiri OMC bottles

    What exactly are these? Pretty sure OMC is Otagiri, but I don't know what these would be used for. Is the mark useful at all to determine age? I know these are probably more modern but still interested.

    They are both approximately 4 1/2" tall by 4 1/4" wide.
