Any people who know anything about mantel clocks?

    Hi all,

    Quick question if any of you could answer for me?

    I have recently come into possession of a Robert Grant of London - mantel clock with two candelabras, does anyone know the history, or any related knowledge about the clock, and possibly the age?

    I can send a photo of what it looks like, but my camera is being a pain in the neck, so I can't take a photo of the actual clock itself!

    From what I can gather, they are importers of Antique style pieces.

    The company was started in the 1980's and even though "of London" they were based in the Midlands, Wolverhampton IIRC.
