Help ID Potter Mark "W"

    I'm sorry I don't know who made your pair of figures though I have looked.

    The way the base is made had me wondering if they were Japanese and not terribly old. I found another pair of figurines with what I think is the same mark (unidentified) but they mention the there is an additional mark on one but if it's shown I can't see it. They say it is a square red mark with lines which makes me think Japanese could be right, or even Chinese.

    Are there any other marks on yours?
