Brass plaque

    Hi I recently acquired this brass plaque from my late mam she said it was an early English primeminster could any one help please

    Gladstone, I think. How big is it and what's on the other side?

    Not Gladstone. I collect ephemera related to him. POssibly Dizzy, that's a slightly Jewish looking profile which would work. Looks like one of those 60s replica plaques.

    On closer inspection, it does look to me like there's a goatee peeking out through the collar.

    If it's a wall plaque, and stamped brass or stamped metal with a brass finish from the 1960s, then it's not worth a lot.

    My biggest objection to this as Disraeli is that he looks too well fed. Disraeli had a lean and hungry look.
