Glass 3PC. Bedside Set??

The container is 7 1/2" tall and the tumbler is 4" tall. The plate is 7' across. Had this set for about 15 years, also purchased at an estate sale. Also wondering if that's what it is used for? Any info about it is appreciated.

 

You are right about the bedside use, these sets are commonly called "tumble up".
I don't recall seeing a set with an underplate, but that's a very nice accessory to go with the set, would keep water marks off table.

No idea on maker Sarajayne, but I think late 1920's - 1930's is a safe bet for age.
The floral decor seems to be hand painted. Very pretty set.
