Does this set look familiar?

I was hoping someone might recognize the construction or style. I've been searching and have not found anything exactly like this. Any ideas on which maker to at? Thank you.

They have that sort of "moonglow" or whatever you call it. Enamel, rhinestones, a very nice set!

 

The enamel stems are very reminiscent of the 1960s-70s flower pins. Only better quality.
