Hello folks! I could use some help with the cup and saucer pictured. The cup measures 2 3/8" high and the saucer is about 5 5/8" across. No marks. Am I correct in assuming this is Victorian era and probably English? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Earlier. Late 18th or early 19th as it has no handle. Could be one of ours, that blue is fairly typical.
