Liberty Knuckle Duster Knife

A Liberty knuckle duster bowie/trench knife. The only marking i find in on the blade near hilt, F.E.S. Was wondering if anyone has any idea of exact age or possible maker? Thanks

 

While I'm sure it would get the job done.....& it's not one I've seen before....I suspect it's more of a fantasy item, of a more recent nature.
The screw holding the thru tang ....is not a feature seen on a quality weapon...

I'll look around....but INH will likely find another first...if possible.

It looks to me to be circa 1980's.....but that's a WAG...

 

FERDINAND EVERTS SOHN , GERMAN maker...

 

I did find this one but it is clearly marked as United Cutlery, which this one is definitely not. The stamping on the blade is just confusing me.
