IMG_0036.JPG Hi all, 1 more for you, I have this neat "map" of WI that highlights the different towns and the associated attractions and industries in the area. It's made of a roughish fabric. I have no clue what it really is or why it was made, some kind of advertising piece maybe? I figured that it was made in the 50s due to the clothing styles portrayed on the map, any ideas? Thanks again!

Looks like a souvenir travel map. Difficult to see detail because of photograph quality but, from water skier's outfit, does appear to be 1950s.

What are the dimensions? My mom used to collect this kind of souvenir, most the same size as a kitchen towel - the kind for drying dishes.

My mother had the NH one back in the early 60s. I love these maps! We have an old set of kids encyclopedias that have an illustration like this for each state. Very cool.

    Welcome!
I still see these around once in awhile and if I do, and it's not wrecked, I would buy them.
Not worth much, I don't think, though. :(

Dimensions are about 36x36 or so. I've had this for years and thought it was just the neatest thing when I was a kid and still do! Any value here other than my sentimental value which is priceless to me? Thanks for all that the info!

Looks like a vintage 50's souvenir card tablecloth with those dimensions and probably made of linen. Unless it's new (but old) with tag, not worth a lot, likely somewhere between $10. - $20.
