OMG....I can only imagine a nightmare to move it all!!!! BUT wishing the BEST of LUCK in getting it done!!!!!

 

Before I had a warehouse I had many pallets of tank gun ammunition canisters delivered to the front of my house, on side of street. Lady cop showed up and acted like we were mass murderers. Told her the things were empty, told her to just look. No can’t touch ‘em, look dangerous, etc. we barely avoided being hauled off.

 

Holy cow that is a lot of stuff.

 

You blame all this on your wife?

 

I hope the move for Mrs. goes smoothly !

 

Lately when I upload a two to three minute video to utube it takes about an hour - how long did this take?!

About anything here in the DC area of 5000 sq ft or more is about $1./sq. ft./mo. Much larger places may be a bit less, smaller places more. Most places are triple-net deals. Then you pay your own utilities on top of the rent. I was interested in renting another place, 7200 sq ft, and was quoted $9.50/ sq. Ft/yr., plus $2.90/sq. Ft. Pass thru costs. That’s pretty typical. That landlord insisted on pallet racks being kept a foot away from any wall and refused my counteroffer of 6” distance so I politely said goodbye. He’s the only landlord I’ve met who wouldn’t bend a little, and since I figured that behavior would carry forward and I didn’t want that kind of situation.
