I am being good and staying "at home" STILL!!! Getting bored with it but working on some things that have been sitting waiting. This toothpick looks cut to me. I'd love some input on it. I have another but the photos came out awful, I will have redo them. This one almost looks like it has been cut off at the top. Thanks for helping.

I think it is newer lead crystal. 1960s/70s or later imported from the Bohemia, German area.
I'm seeing combo of cut and pressed. Looks like mostly pressed with the cross hatches as cut.

I concur. There is a lot of that, pressed with cut features that came in in the past 30 years or so. Less import duty if it's cut, even a little bit.

I didn't realize that. Do you know when that started? Still happening today?

No to both, sorry, I don't know. I'd guess it started in the late 1960s and may still be going on. Thats' a lot longer than 30 years, tut. Time flies when you're having fun.
