The artist Jo Jacobus de Rubeis 1926-1691.
Now this can't be a 17th Century engraving?
Also i can't make out the writing on the two stamp marks on the bottom of the page. Any clues on age?

I guess i should have researched a little longer.

A hand colored art print on pebble textured paper after Jo. Jacobus de Rubeis from Edizioni Ponte Vecchio in Florence Italy, published in the 1990's. There are two relief stamps of their Florentine fleur de lis logo and a paintbrush with "Coloritura a mano Originale Ponte Vecchio" beneath the image.

Thanks for posting this. I love this kind of art, whether original or a nice issue after the fact.
