Help with ID on this

    Hi all

    I’ve inherited a vintage clothes brush with some hallmarks on it. Would love some advice on what they mean. Thanks

    And yes I know the brushes need a good comb!

    Ah ha, a hairbrush. Of course. Thanks for helping with the identification. I will clean up the maker’s mark and delve deeper!

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Didn't want to muck around with the first unclear mark....but the first letter in that one looks to be a 'W'....don't know what's to it's right, with a TC underneath...it looks like....will be nice to see when @Gstar Irish has it cleaned up!!!:happy:
