Any info on cool, covered in tin(?) mirror with 2 doors?

I found this yesterday at a local thrift store that finally reopened(!). I've seen others with the doors covering the mirror, but none that were covered in tin/metal. (It is covered completely - front & back)
What should I call this in a description if selling it?
How old is it?
How did they get all those designs in the metal?
Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

 

Sweet. And, yes, tin. From México and fairly new. They are often punched like this example. Yours appears to have been done with the repoussé technique.
