antique cuttlery

i found theese spoons inside an antique travel trunk and i researched a bit but i can`t find if they are valuable or not, im from chile and i need to know if they hace any value
they say reed & barton 4+ and theres a little box that says something in the lines of "july 3 1901" if someone knows something about them it would be so helpful if you could contact me. i don`t really know if its silver or not but im just looking for help

 

It's silverplate. Reed and Barton pattern Tiger Lily aka Festivity, first introduced in 1901.

Greetings, Bastian! The date impressed on the back of the spoons is the date on which the US patent for the design was issued.
