Asian dark blue plate and hallmark

Does anyone know the maker of this ? I have had a for a few years now, doing some pre- spring cleaning and found it in my room.

 

Did you look on gotheborg? Don't tell us that was under the bed, too.

 

Very pretty , but Im getting an 80's vibe when this stuff was all the rage. Just a guess based on the brass trim .

 

Just a note, hallmarks are on metal, on everything else they are just marks

I do not know this mark, but your dish is Japanese, early 20th c. These transfer printed plates with brown ribbed rim are called Igezara. You can search for yours here: http://f-japan.com/e-left.htm
