Asian dark blue plate and hallmark

    Very pretty , but Im getting an 80's vibe when this stuff was all the rage. Just a guess based on the brass trim .

    Just a note, hallmarks are on metal, on everything else they are just marks :happy:

    I do not know this mark, but your dish is Japanese, early 20th c. These transfer printed plates with brown ribbed rim are called Igezara. You can search for yours here: http://f-japan.com/e-left.htm
