Can you help identify this possible antique piece?

    IMG_1828.JPG My father found this clearing out a deceased family members house. We couldn't figure out what it is. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Looks like a handle to carry or mount something odd in shape and that's a tool to attach or adjust it.

    IMG_1831.JPG I think it's possible these two things are not even related. I think the bar thing is a vintage gripfast tire lever. No idea what the other piece is

    It is a Tyre lever.(Pedal cycle)
    The wire thing looks like a paint tin carrier/hanger.
