Can anyone provide any info on either of these two pieces?

Good afternoon and thanks, as always, for taking a moment. Ran across these in my sorting and wonder if there is anything to them, or are they just pretty (to me.) Bracelet is 7-1/2, substantial and has a stamp/hallmark that I can't make out due to wear. Does not photograph at all well. I see a swan, next time a crown, then a happy face, and magnification does not help. No sterling or 925 stamp. Second is an 18" necklace with wooden beads, single bead and a suede-like fringe bottom. The beads appear to be strung with metal. It's in great condition, so either relatively new or stored extremely well. Just looking for direction as what to do with them. Thanks, again.

 

The bracelet mark isn't really clear enough to discern exactly what's going on with it.....at least not to me.......if you can get a well lit (NOT flash!) and sharper image, maybe someone could help!!

 

It's a nice bracelet though.....even though I tend to lose "toggle" bracelets.....they JUST don't stay on my wrist well!!!!

 

Pretty bracelet. The decoration on the rectangular panels looks a bit Modernist.
The necklace could be a 1980s-90s hobby piece.

It could be plated.

I always replace those. I can't put them on and can't take them off, and get very hot and bothered trying to.

 

Swarowski use a swan, but that doesn't look like one of theirs.
