Need help identifying the mkaer and origin of this tea cup!!

This tea cup set is very light weight and has many intricate designs on it. There isn't any identification on the bottoms!
There is a lot of gold detailing and silver raised dots. The handle seems to of been gold but is worn a bit.

Of course! Here they are! There is a small bubble on the inside of the rim, in the picture on the left. There is some red on the bottom of the tea cup, but I am not sure if that is from what once was a label or if it has just been marked with something on accident! Thanks!
