guys any idea of this globe's brand

    It looks like a 1960s novelty cocktail cabinet globe.

    If it were antique You'd find the publisher of the map somewhere on the surface.

    If it is not antique the question of the maker is really irrelevant. These modern versions have fallen well out of fashion nowadays.

    The maker's name is probably somewhere on the globe itself.

    Looks to be a decorative 1960s globe. They were imported from Italy.

    hey thanks guys. the marker should be on the map itself right? i also think its from Italy. you hardly find these days na.

    I think they make it in different countries. Mine is also without any marks but I know it came from France in 1970s. The geographical names seem to be in Latin

    No, no marks. It was brought from France that's why I assumed it was made in France. But probably it was imported from Italy, as Debora says

    You're globe seems to be in pretty good condition. much much better than the one in my pic. By the way how much was it and when did you purchase it.

    I do not remember the price as it was bought in 1970s and probably in franks. But I remembered that I saw similar globes in local furniture shops. I have checked a few sites and found that they are of Italian production, brand name Zofolli. The price at the shop is about US $1600 at the present rate of local currency.

    I forgot to say that now they are much more improved and while checking the sites I found even similar globes with fridge.......
