Can somebody help me with identifying the artist. I tried to translate it and came up with ''Fang Kei Jin Yun''. Is this correct? I used google translate so really reliable when it comes to Chinese. Came across a artist named Li Fang-Kei. Could this be the the artist or am I reading it wrong? There are also some markings on the back.

    Look for print SKJ139.

The characters simply give the name of this particular type of Chrysanthemum in Japanese. For what it's worth, in Chinese they are read 錦御旗 Jin Yu Qi.

Thx so much KHL. So it's a wood print and Japanese. Chinese and Japanese always confuse me. Also thought that is was a watercolor at first sight because of the small dots in the middle of the flower (probably added in a later period). Learned something again today. thank you
