Please help me identity this kettle!?

    Possibly Asian? As far as I can tell, the vedgris patina is real.The stem also seems to have been crudely fixed to the body. Maybe even a restoration.

    Pic of inside and inside of top? No dents at all? I suspect it is recent, but I'm no ex-spurt.
