    Can anyone tell me anything about this ring? I see a “58” and a “&”?

    58 is the size which is midway between Q and R. No idea about the &.

    In US size slightly smaller than 8 1/2.
    Made by someone & someone in a country that uses inside circumference in mm for ringsizes. I know it is used in some Central European countries, like Germany.
