    Hello fellow antiquer's,
I have an older office chair I am going to refurbish. I would like to get some help with on the identity and age. The markings on the metal parts on the chair is PH Meyer Co. Sheboygan Wisconsin Chair City Pat. 1899. I have tried google and not much to find there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Style became popular about 1900 and was made for decades. The styling and hardware on yours makes me think before 1930.
