I know Imperial continued to make these cocktail shakers after they bought the Heisey molds. I was not able to find this shape stopper in any of my Heisey books. So who made it or does it really matter?:confused:

Heisey did make that stopper, I'm not sure if Imperial made that shaker or not. dont' have the books handy and memory is not what it was.

Peggy, sorry to say this, but nothing looks right about that shaker. It looks to me like the only Heisey piece in the photos is the strainer. The stopper just happens to fit and the bottle isn't right for the Cobel shakers. The Cobel shakers don't have that thick glass at the bottom, are flatter and have a ridge around the base.

I did not know that Imperial made Cobel shakers and have never (to my knowledge) seen one. Have you tested the bottle with a black light? That might be "illuminating".

Ola, it doesn't look like a Cobel shaker, because it's a Heisey Country Club, No. 6060 shaker. Everything is right about it.

Oh, OK! Earlier, I looked at all of the shakers in my book, but couldn't find one like it. But now that you ID'd it, I finally found it in Vogel book IV.

Very nice, Peggy. Sorry for the doom and gloom of my earlier post.

Tom - Thank you so much for looking up & sharing the additional information with me.:kiss::kiss::happy::happy::happy:

Pam - Not to worry.:happy::happy:

I was somewhat confused myself & that is why I posted it here hoping Tom would show up to help me out. He did just that & I will now be able to list it correctly. :D:D:D

I just wish the previous owner had not left the liquid inside it that caused the ring of cloudiness. :arghh::arghh::arghh:
