It looks a bit like a "spaghetti" figurine, as in "spaghetti poodle," but with not much spaghetti...

  4. It just says hand-painted in Italy and it know if there is any more information about the artist he has a PD sticker on it I don't know much about the company and I'm just trying to get as much knowledge as possible because I'm trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can. This is a hard business to be and as we all know

The silver label indicates the exporter/importer but not the artist. I have seen this label associated with a number of ceramic artists, particularly those from the area of Nove and Bassano. For example, the well-known artist, Antonio Borsato, produced a series of decorative plates in the 1970's and a number of them that I have examined bore the silver label. Unfortunately I have no information on the company. The "Spaghetti" look mentioned by Kentworld is, indeed, particularly reminiscent of the work of Teodoro Sebelin, also of Nove but as mentioned, is of an inferior design. You might want to look at some of Sebelin's work, also see ZSZ (Zanolli, Sebelin, Zarpellon). In my opinion your pooch has no collector value but its innate "cuteness" may sell itself.
