Brass Dish from where and when made ?

    With that ring hanger, would think English or, possibly, Italian. Probably 20s-30s.

    That looks like brass on copper, or I am not seeing the back right. I think English and Birmingham made probably. The scalloped shape was common for 19th C silver and that central floral motif looks very English too. I'm surpised it isn't marked.
