Jan from Oregon

Hi everyone, I have recently started collecting some textiles and had some questions about those which I will post at some point. I'm semi-retired so have some time and am curious about antiques. So this looked like the place to go. I tried to join a couple of years ago - not sure what happened there. Looking forward to exploring and hearing from people who have some expertise and skills in this arena.

If I remember correctly, this board had been discontinued for a while... Peter (the board owner) restarted it in May of this year. Many people have joined since then.

Hi Jan and welcome! I just returned two weeks ago from my first trip to Oregon. I'd always wanted to see it and since I was in the area I did a sight seeing trip. Oregon is pretty awesome (but I probably don't have to tell you that!)
