Do you think this Windmill is in the USA?

I thought this painting might be one of the Cape Cod windmills but I couldn't find anything similar. There other others here in New England but I didn't find any images that were close.

I found a windmill painting on ebth that has what looks like the same sig (I think, viewing from my phone) that says it's a Dutch artist.

A signed Joseph Brocken landscape oil painting with windmill. The oil on canvas painting depicts a rural Dutch landscape featuring a windmill and fisherman. It is signed “J. Brocken, 73” to the bottom right. It is also signed to the verso. Joseph Brocken (Dutch, 1917 – 1994 ) is a listed artist born in Rotterdam.

I wonder whether that red tile roof on the right-hand building might be a clue.

Thank you SIS! I used my phone to search one of the sites with listed artists and came up with 0. I should have known better and checked with the home computer when I got home. I hate these mobile applications. It's the same artist and mine is also signed on verso with his signature.

Bakersgma, there are a lot of tile roofs around here which people find surprising. My neighbor has one. There were a few in South Yarmouth near a friend's home where there is a windmill so I thought it might have been local.

Mill Cove -- I know that windmill well. Used to take the children to the little beach there. :)

We passed it on the way to the house but we would also see it from the water when we took his little Boston Whaler up the Bass River to get breakfast.
