    Tweaked it a bit. I keep seeing different things, but no 'made in China'.

    If all this is correct, I'd have to guess Beale.

    Now that has led down an interesting rabbit hole. We had a piano company in Australia called Beale & Co and a search turns up this fragment.

    Yep. Their upright pianos around 1900-1920 had candle holders. Usually single ones either side. One problem solved.
