Anybody know anything about a "grandma"-like tea pot

    Found at my Grandma's house. All that is on the bottom is USA.

    There are a lot like yours being called Granny Ann teapot by Shawnee. I don't know if they're reproduced or not.

    Oh! That is so weird!!! I would not call it a "pretty" piece but everyone's taste is different;) Thank you for the info.

    I found this on line. Mine has the USA and the unglazed rim on the bottom.

    "Look on the bottom of your pottery piece for any markings such as "Shawnee," "USA," "Shawnee U.S.A.," "Kenwood" or "Great Northern." Pieces were not marked "Shawnee" until the 1950s"
