Hello. Love this site! Wanted to share some glass art with you all and see if anyone else collects this type of art. Very interesting we thought when we picked them up. They are a limited set of 600. Not sure of the year of when they were made. Tough to find much information. Can't find these particular ones anywhere on line. Thanks for looking! IMG_2869.JPG

    Those are cool.
Are they book ends? or just decorative items?

2006 would be a good guess. Produced and sold in 2005 to be precise.

Not book ends I don't believe. Not quite heavy enough. Just pretty cool sculptures :)

RBerr, I had never even heard of LIULIGONGFANG art glass before your post! I checked out their website - very interesting with some incredibly cool, unusual designs!

Thanks for introducing me to LIULIGONGFANG. I'll be on the lookout for more!

I've had several paperweights made by this lot. They're good quality glass, nice designs and well made.

Had this little Liuligongfang bowl several years ago and made decent money on it. The process of production is pate de verre.

Ironically, I just mentioned liuli glass on a different thread in reference to an ashtray. There are quite a few other Asian makers with similar products.

Well I can knock one off my unidentified list. I knew this piece had numbers on it but never really saw the lightly scratched LIULI. It's about 3" across. I couldn't get a decent photo of the mark.
