Whose Mark on Cottage Ware Teapot?

    I bought a collection of cottage ware. Most of the pieces are from Keele St Pottery, but this little teapot and a creamer have a different mark that looks MIJ, but I'll be darned if I can find it. Anyone recognize it?

    Price Kensington did them too, but that's not their mark.
