Old or made to look it? Pewter and faux lapis?

Any thoughts on age/origin of this piece? It is approx 3" in diameter and I think it is made quite well

Do you think it is pewter or just pot metal ANY IDEA ON WHAT THE FLOWER MIGHT BE?

All of the textures are very odd and so different on the back, how do you think this was made?

 

Looks like it was cast.

 

That back is 1930s-50s.

 

INH, there's DEFINITELY an 'L' stamped there, but can't see the rest, IF there's more!!!!

Obviously, took me some time.....but in blowing it up in TOPAZ, it looks like there are two more sets of letters above what you saw, @i need help, although they are all a bit of 'mish mash'! LT or LJ look like they MIGHT be the best bet.....feel free to disagree....the smaller set above looks like there's a 'G' in there....so ???? Down by the arrow, under the pin, does it look like there MIGHT be some numbers too???? THAT'S a GUESS, but????
