Spain small village or town Koplowitz very colorful Watercolor Painting Help ID signature

Koplowitz was written on the cardboard backing of the painting that referred me to Spain as being a possible piece of the puzzle. The artwork is mounted on a thick paper 12" X 16".
The signature has confusing first letters.
All help appreciated.

 

Looks more like it says, "Taxco" (Mexico), Mugz. Town does, too.

 

I'd ace that cardboard backing...very acidic and will turn the piece yellow, eventually.

 

There seem to be a lot of pairs being sold together.

 

I see Fiures Taxco?

 

That perspective, or lack thereof, makes my brain hurt.

 

I was hoping it belongs to that billionaire art collector Alicia Koplowitz. It does not hurt to think positively.
Thanks, everyone, Just getting in. I see I have some good leads Thanks. This morning when I took the cardboard off, I saw that name and the acid damage. The actual painting was spared a little because it is not directly against the cardboard.
