Fischel chair id and date

Hi wondering if anyone has come across these - cant find anything similar on searches - deciding If worth restoring fabric although like them as is.

 

So I guess we would call that a "side" chair

 

Why are you restoring? To keep for yourself or to resell them?


Need a better picture and one of the bottom of the seat.

Thanks for your comments - first post sorry - poorly phrased question i have four of these - the only considered restoration is repair of the leather which has rips in a number of places - frames are great condition requiring little/no attention. Im interested in what age they are and their value - I normally deal with mid century danish chairs but cant find anything similar to these in whilst searching - I bought them because I loved the shape and felt they were unusual - most Fischel chairs returned in search results seem to be the more typical bentwood Thonet style

they were often sold as office chairs.
Fischel produced the bentwood ones under license of Thonet.
I don't know if these were designed by Thonet or JJ Kohn or some other people.
