    Reading the description in that listing, maybe Vernon Kilns "in the style" of Eva Zeisel.

    Okay, forget Eva Zeisel. That seller was keyword spamming. I found two on Google Images, both attributed to Vernon Kilns, with a pattern name of California Heritage.
