I've heard this design motif referred to as "swag" and "drapery"

Look up Aladdin Lincoln Drape. Some say Model 23B. I don't know if that is accurate or not. This particular burner holds a mantle type of wick.

I believe 1940s for the time period.

    It's a beauty.

I've got one, too. I believe the ceramic is called alacite?

The model is B-75. The Lincoln Drape was originally made from 1940-49. The foot of the first version had scalloping around it, your is plain so that would make it a little newer. You can check it with a black light, if it glows it is pre-WW2. Also use the black light to look for glue joints between the font and stem. There are a lot of repro Aladdins out there, the originals were one piece while reproductions are two or three pieces and glued together. The glue will fluoresce.
