Chinese Porcelain Brush Pot With Poem

It's obvious the piece is not Qing period. I'm trying to figure if it is very recent or may have some age. The red seal marks appear to be stamped but I guess that is normal for late Qing and Republic porcelain. At least for the spurious Qianlong mark, which by the way I'm not sure is correct to be written in 3 rows Kaishu script.
What I can't tell for sure is if the poem's characters are hand written or stamped/transfered as well.
What do you think?
