Help ID hand painted tray

    hi my friend gave me this to see if anyone could identify this hand painted tray. I thought it could be chinese based on the design but not sure. Just has numbers on the back. Couldn't find any makers mark. Could be just a blank that someone hand painted. Thank you for any information!

    @i need help, the one you found is a LOT more NICELY finished off what with all the gold hi-lights, etc!!!!!
