It is an attractive little pot, but as Johnny said, there is damage, and that does affect the value.

What looks Mexican in one part of the world, could be Spanish-Portuguese-southern French in another.
If I remember correctly Abdel is located in Morocco. Morocco has strong ties with Spain, Portugal and France. And we don't get that much Mexican pottery on this side of the pond.
The resemblance is often confusing. Mexican Talavera pottery was started by potters from Talavera, Spain.
Maybe the European potties can enlighten us on this one.

 

I just remembered, my mother had some antique Talavera (Spain) pottery with that specific green colour. I found some examples online, with black line drawing, and some yellow and blue:
