Anyone recognize this artist?

I think you have stumped all of us.
I've looked at this 3 times and can't come up with anything.

I find it odd that it as a "C" in a circle like a copyright mark. Unless the first letter of the name starts with a "C". And that was something I had pondered.


But I couldn't come up with a vowel afterwards.

Then I considered an "M" with a big flourish to start it off.
Really don't know.

May end in "ola"

 

This is just a wild guess, someone with last name Morales?
I think it is absolutely beautiful, love the sky.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate everyone's help and it is definitely Marco Murolo...which makes sense because I bought it in AZ. I do love the painting...

 

The painting has two little pieces of painting missing on the sky. Do you think that can be repaired or should I not worry about it?

 

It can be repaired fairly easily. If re-selling, I would leave it alone. Mention and photograph it in the listing. If keeping, you might want to have it repaired by a professional or leave it alone and enjoy as-is. Most times such flakes are due to physical damage and do not represent a greater problem. If it does not look like physical damage, you might have some paint compatibility issue or moisture infiltration. It would be best for a professional to evaluate such issues.
