Can anyone identify the age of this slap jack?

    Iggy and Alice I love my twin!

    I aquired this slap jack from a storage unit that had quite a bit of WWI and WWII items. This was stored with some trench knives.
    There are no identifying marks and when I search any of my resources, it seems all I am finding are police slap Jack's, but none like this. Does anyone even know if these were available during the wars? There is no indication in this storage unit of any association with police.     Had one just like that in the mid 70's to early 80's when we were prohibited from carrying them.
