I bought this vase from a neighbor that use to own a vintage antique shop, but had to close it down. The problem with this piece is that I can’t make out the mark on the bottom because there is a hole right in the middle of it. From the residue on the bottom it looks like it might have been mounted down on something. I am hoping that maybe someone could make out what is left over of the marking so I can search and get more information on the piece. I don't think it is worth anything, but it is a pretty piece and want to know where it made and the age.Thank you so much for your help and enjoy your day! @Couch Potato Wannabe zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (3).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (4).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (7).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (5).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (9).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (8).JPG zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzduddDDDDDDd (10).JPG

It was a vase tho. There is plenty space to put the makers mark, they wouldn't put it right on the hole that's kinda stupid.
It doesn't seem very old, maybe from the 80's?

Thank you for your help, but I found someone who was able to translate the mark for me and he said it is from the Tongzhi Period. This piece has 10 peaches instead of nice and is 16" tall. Thank you again

    Yes...Tongzhi Period
Here is the mark more clearly for others who may wish to learn what that looks like.

Although the mark is Tongzhi it does not mean that it was made in the Tongzhi period. Is the decoration hand painted or hand coloured over a printed outline?

As John says, got to watch out for printed outlines, they are quite common and this may be an example.

True enough, I should have stated "Yes...It resembles a Tongzhi Period Mark"
